New year planning changes
Developers in Dudley are reminded that changes to requirements for residential planning applications have now come into force.
From January 1 all residential planning applications for less than 10 dwellings require a signed unilateral undertaking to be provided on submission. They are optional for other minor developments or changes of use where the applicant wishes to enter into a unilateral undertaking rather than a S106 Agreement.
